Vision A Rural Development Society has initiated HIV/AIDS Prevention Project in the year 1st October2021 with financial Assistance National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) providing financial Assistance through TSACS, Govt. of Telangana to VISION-TI Project. During the year 2021-22 VISION TI provided HIV Prevention Services to 886 HRGs. During this year the TI covered 298 RMC’s, 123 ICTC Tests,4 STI cases are diagnosed and provided follow up Services, 122 RPR Tests are conducted and PLHA Positives1 found Positives. During the last year 2 ORW’s, 7 Peer Educators are rendered their services for HIV and STI among HRG’s.

Organization conducted Weekly Review Meetings with Staff; the Staff improved the quality of work, developed linkages with other Stake holders 60,559 Condoms are distributed through 1-1, Condom Outlet Boxes, Clinic and DIC, NGO performed clinical services to FSW’s and developed Rapport with Government Departments. VISION-TI also working with 1 PLHA’s for whom linked to Government Benefits. TI had conducted Condom Gap Analysis through which we could prevent wastage of the Condoms. TI identified High Risk & Low Risk HRG’s and focused on High Risk HRG to Reduce the Risk. Positive Prevention for the PLHA’s, PEs are given special responsibility for Positive Prevention. We have developed PE wise and ORW wise Weekly Action Plans and Line listing of HRG’s.
